1. Blind Box Products
Due to the unique nature of blind box products, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed once the box is unboxed unless there is a quality issue. Requests for refunds due to personal preferences or not receiving the desired style will not be accepted.
2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order contains incorrect items, damaged products, or missing items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted beyond 5 days will not be honored.
3. Shipping and Packaging
All items are carefully inspected to ensure the product and packaging are in excellent condition before shipment. However, due to the unpredictable nature of international shipping, we cannot guarantee the outer packaging will remain undamaged during transit. Any damage to the outer packaging is caused by the shipping carrier and is beyond our control. We are only responsible for damage to the figures inside the blind box.
